Pastor Greg VolpittoPastor Greg Volpitto is St. Paul’s Pastor of Youth and Celebration Worship. Under his leadership, the youth programs at St. Paul’s have been revitalized. Greg accepted the position of full-time pastor of youth and celebration worship in October, 2006.
Pastor Greg began his work at St. Paul's in December, 2003. He and his wife Jennifer have been married for 14 years, and have 3 children, Millie, Davis, and Ada. Greg received a Masters of Divinity degree in May 2006 from Covenant Theological Seminary. From 1998-2002, Greg ministered at Seminole Presbyterian Church in Tampa, Florida. His gifts of leadership, counseling, teaching, and music were cultivated there in both the youth and music ministries of the church.
After finishing undergraduate study at Covenant College, Greg's first call was to Zion PCA in Tennessee for five years. He and Jennifer were introduced to, and greatly impacted by, the World Harvest Mission Sonship program while there.
The vision Pastor Greg has for St. Paul's youth ministry is that it be characterized by intense and active love for God and others, attained by increasing discipleship and small group ministries, developing more outreach and service, uniting with other evangelical church youth ministries, and keeping the youth ministry tightly woven with the rest of the body of St. Paul's.
